All the products purchased in our e-shop have the manufacturer's warranty.
We make every effort to ensure that our services are always at the highest level to meet the demands.
In the event of a claim, if it occurred that the product bought in our shop has a defect, please follow the following procedure. Customers’ satisfaction is of great importance for us, therefore while maintaining this procedure, the claim process is quick and efficient.

 · After detecting any defect or fault please send an email on together with a description of the situation (order ID, product's description, as well as description of the defect/fault).
 · If you do not receive any reply from us within 5 working days, please re-contact us (sometimes an email can be stopped by our spam filters or our answer may not reach you).
·  In response we will send you a  complaint form,
 · Then, there is a need to deliver the marketed product to us. 

Within maximum 14 days from the date of your claim (confirmed by us) you will receive our decision. If the complaint is accepted we reimburse the cost of sending the products back to us.
